Does America need a 21st century Glass-Steagall Act?

http://news.yahoo.com/does-america-21st-century-glass-steagall-act-060500789.html

Yes our nation requires a new Glass-Steagall Act for our survival but this act alone will not end our economic depression.

What is required is a science and infrastructure led recovery based on a 1% Wall Street financial transactions tax, the sale of state infrastructure bonds directly to our Federal Reserve, and the Glass-Steagall legal standard for extracting financial derivatives out our commercial banking system.

Together this package of policies will insure the survival of our nation.
