Authorization process for the Alaska State Bank Advocate page

I have made many attempts to complete the authorization process for the Alaska State Bank Advocate page over the past several weeks since Facebook began their new policy of restricting political ads.

Facebook says I must have a physical mailing address not a PO Box to prove my primary country location. Additionally, have a two-factor authentication based on cell phone texts that are a logistical nightmare for compliance because of my constant traveling back and forth to different remote locations in Alaska. Sometimes I have cell phone access and sometimes I have Internet access but having both at the same time is rare due to my traveling.

I have summited multiple appeals and have received no response from Facebook. Their appeals form and process are apparently nonfunctional. Maybe I can get a response posting this complaint.

Effectively Facebook is preventing a United States citizen from participating in the political debate. In my case, Facebook is effectively interfering in the political process.
