The United Alaska Campaigner 35th year edition—January 2019, Alaska Emergency Employment Mobilization, Part 10, Alaska State Bank

This writing project was never fully completed because I lacked the huge amount of historical research that I knew was necessary to finish.  I continued working on my China project and started working on my “Presentation to the Alaska Legislature” that represented Part 10 of my Emergency Employment Mobilization and at the same time became Part 1 of my Alaska State Bank series.

Eventually, several years later I finished this project as Part 4 of my Alaska State Bank series that took me over four months of hard daily research to complete.
